What currency are your prices in?
All items for sale in the Susse Collection Store are priced in Australian Dollars (AUD) a handy currency convertor is added to the site to help calculate the cost of our products it is a rough guide only and final invoicing will be in AUD.

For Australain customers only we offer payment by cheque or Money order if you prefer not pay over the internet. We will send your order after funds have cleared.

Australia-domestic orders we use Australia Express Post
International orders we use Australian Post Air International.

You will be advised on the shipping cost at the checkout. Shipping cost is Flat Rate.

How long is delivery time?
Each item will arrive securely wrapped.
Your item will be sent by registered air mail with Australian Postal Service or Fed Ex.
Your item will reach you with in 1 to 5 working days for delivery depending on your delivery address. Orders taken after 4 pm Sydney time will be shipped out on Monday morning.
RETURNS POLICY
What is your returns policy on Returns and Exchanges?
We hope that you are happy with your Susse Products. Every item has been examined individually to ensure that it meets with our high standards of quality. If however , you wish to return your purchase, please contact us within 7 Days of receipt along with its original its orginal packaging and unworn or damaged. We will either replace your item, offer a refund or credit note.
Important:
Sorry we cannot refund the return shipping costs.
We strongly advise that you return your item by registered post so you have proof of returning your order to us to guarantee of a refund or exchange.
TAX & LEGAL
What about sales tax?
If you live in Australia GST is already included in our price. Overseas customers you will not be charged GST but import duty may apply to your purchase depending on where you live.
